VIVA Medicare Plus Select
- Coordinates with many group and retirement plans.
- Does not include prescription drugs.
VIVA Medicare Plus Rx Healthy Lifestyles
- Must meet body mass index requirements to enroll.
- Includes Medicare Part D prescription drugs.
VIVA Medicare Plus Rx Extra Care
- Must have both Medicare and Medicaid to enroll.

Low or No Out-of-Pocket Costs for Doctor and Hospital Services.
VIVA Medicare
Plus has no deductibles on doctor and hospital care. Members pay one copayment for each hospital stay (or no copay at all with some plans). We do not charge for each day in the hospital like some other plans do.
