Provider Network

When you join VIVA Medicare Plus you choose one doctor to be your Personal Care Physician (PCP).

You will use the specialists and hospital associated with your PCP when you need medical care. This is called your Provider System. You do not need a referral from your PCP to see specialists in your Provider System.

The VIVA Medicare Plus Systems are listed to the right. Click on a Provider System to see a list of doctors and hospitals who are in that provider system or use the search feature below to search by doctor's last name or specialty.

Click on your chosen Provider System below to view a list of providers in that system. The name of your Provider System is on your ID card. Providers marked with "X" are not accepting new patients.
